Sophia Johnson
Sophia is a senior at Monmouth Academy. She is a returning member of the State Board (serving as last year's State Reporter) and holds an executive office in her school’s chapter. She has been a member of FBLA since freshman year and has taken part in, or planned numerous fundraisers and events. She loves spending time in nature, being invested in a good book, and spending time with friends. She’s excited to start applying to colleges, and plans to be a neurologist in the future!
Nhi Nguyen

Nhi is a senior at Oak Hill High School and has been a part of FBLA since her freshman year. Outside of school, she enjoys spending her free time reading, hanging out with her friends, and listening to Taylor Swift (on repeat). Nhi served as the Maine FBLA State Treasurer last year, and is looking forward to helping plan the 2024 state conference!

Izzy Hamann
Izzy is a senior at Monmouth Academy. Aside from FBLA, Izzy participates in soccer, student government, National Honor Society, civil rights team, drama, and VEX robotics. In her free time, Izzy enjoys reading, writing, and watching movies with friends. She plans to attend business and film school and become a film producer.
Destiney Samare

Destiney is a senior at Oak Hill High School and has been a member of FBLA since her Sophomore year. Other than FBLA, she participates in theatre, Academic Decathlon, and tennis. Her favorite things are Target runs, Aroma Joe’s, and her friends. Thanks to FBLA, Destiney plans to major in Political Science and possibly go to law school.
Sarah Rossignol

Sarah is a senior at Oak Hill High School. She joined FBLA during her sophomore year of high school and has enjoyed every second. Sarah also takes part in Academic Decathlon, theatre, student council, dance, and tennis. Outside of school, she loves to binge-watch Gilmore Girls and read. Sarah plans to major in nutrition and become an Oncology Dietitian.

Nadiah Ruopp

Nadiah Ruopp is a senior in high school at Monmouth Academy. She joined her local FBLA chapter in her sophomore year and has loved it ever since. She loves going to concerts and enjoys a good 90’s movie. Nadiah is not only a part of FBLA, but she is also in Drama, NHS, the Civil Rights Team, and MA’s track team. She wants to go into Theater and Marketing when she graduates.
Megan Burnham

Megan is a senior at Monmouth Academy. She participates in VEX robotics and Drama. She is also the manager on the soccer team. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog Benny and taking long naps.

Angela Roy, Chairperson
Angela Roy has been Chairwomen for Maine State FBLA for past several years. She has helped grow ME FBLA to become the biggest business CTSO in the state. She is the adviser at Oak Hill High School.
Michelle Neal, State Advisor
Michelle has been involved with Maine State FBLA since 2018 and has had at least one student serve as an officer at the State level since then.
She supports our state board in all we do. Michelle has been the advisor at Monmouth Academy since the chapter rechartered in 2017.
